To sign up for this trip, please do the following:

  • Read through the registration package with your parents. The registration package can be viewed and downloaded by clicking here.
  • Discuss with your parents or guardians the different aspects of this trip such as:
    • How will I pay for this trip?
    • Should I get a summer or an after school job?
    • Are there any forms or documents I need to have permission to leave the country (i.e. custody arrangements, etc.)?
    • Getting a passport: if you are 15 or younger, now's the time to do it! Passports are much cheaper for those 15 or under. Passports are valid for 5 years, so getting one now for 2012 is fine. For more info, click here to visit the Canadian government's passport website.
    • If you already have a passport: your passport must be valid for 6 months after the trip is over (October 2012). If your passport expires before then, you can now renew your passport instead of reapplying! Again, for more info, click here to visit the Canadian government's passport website.
  • If you and your family decide that this trip is for you, then please fill out the two required forms and submit them to Ms. Keith along with your deposit for $195. (You are welcome to make the down payment for $360: deposit + insurance: but you are not required to. The insurance payment can be made separately up to two weeks after confirmation of registration).
